Large Cut-outs Where to Print?
1.Using any Online Shop Like Walgreens, Walmart, Office Max. Using a Foam Board of any size up to 50'' Will work.
2.Using an Exacto Knife to cut out your prop (with caution and care).
3. Create or Purchase a cardboard stand or tri fold cardboard and glue to back and stand up.
Optional using a second foam board
Cut a foam board strip (about 6 inches wide and the same height as your prop for stability).
Score a fold about 1/3 of the way down the strip.
Attach the bottom part to the back of the prop using hot glue at a slight angle.
If needed, add a small foam wedge at the base for extra stability.
How to DIY 1oz Chip Bag Design
Materials Needed:
- Computer with graphic design software (Canva, Microsoft Word, Photoshop, or any design tool)
- Printer (inkjet or laser)
- Glossy or matte photo paper (8.5” x 11”)
- Scissors or a paper trimmer
- Double-sided tape or glue stick
- Empty or unopened mini chip bags (1 oz size)
- Optional: Crimper (for a more professional look)
Step 2: Print & Cut the Wrapper
- Print your design on glossy or matte photo paper for a professional look.
- Use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut out the wrapper along the edges.
Step 3: Assemble the Chip Bag
- Wrap the design around the chip bag
- Seal the edges
